]]> Many of us already eat “green” – by opting for either organic or locally-grown food. But did you know that it’s possible to drink sustainably as well? To find out more, visit Amendment XXI in LoHi, which is featuring Earth-friendly wines during its April wine tastings. During the tastings, Amendment XXI owner Leo Bortolotto will offer samples of a number environmentally-friendly wines and explain the processes vineyards use to produce “greener” vintages. You might be surprised to learn that these wines are not only good for the Earth, but taste good too!


Amendment XXI is offering five percent off of any Earth-friendly wine during the month of April. The shop also encourages environmentally-minded behavior year-round, by offering a four-bottle , reusable tote for $3.99. Customers receive a 5 percent discount every time they fill the bag. And finally, farm-to-food fans will be pleased to discover that this summer, Amendment XXI will serve as a drop-off point for Grant Family Farms, part of the Community Supported Agriculture movement.
