Denver, CO – October 14, 2012 – When Swinerton Builders began operating in Colorado in 1942, much of the Front Range was still open prairie. The state’s economy was dominated by mining and agriculture and the tallest building in Downtown Denver was the 371-foot Daniels & Fisher Tower. Today, Colorado is a hub for a variety of industries, boasting world-class educational institutions, popular cultural attractions and a capitol whose skyline features skyscrapers reaching more than 700 feet into the air.
